Use of 30CrMo Alloy Steel

30CrMo steel?is a Chinese alloy steel for engineering and machine structural use, has high strength and high toughness, and has good high temperature strength at temperatures below 500 C. 30CrMo material also has good machinability, medium cold bending and plasticity, high hardenability, good weldability, and is generally used in the adjusted state.

30CrMo alloy steel can be used to manufacture steel pipes with working temperature below 400 C, fasteners with operating temperature below 450 C in boilers and steam turbines, nuts and flanges with working temperature below 500 C and high pressure, and load in general machinery; Shafts, gears, bolts, studs, manipulators, high-pressure conduits and weldments in chemical equipment below 250 C, nitrogen-hydrogen up to medium working.
